1. SERVICE COLLECTION
We are happy to arrange the collection of your redundant equipment at any convenient time for you. Our technicians work throughout the school holidays, at weekends, and outside of school opening hours. Often we liaise directly with the school premises/ site manager to arrange a suitable date and time for our technicians to arrive on site.
2. ONSITE SERVICES
Our technicians are happy to collect redundant equipment from storage or directly from classrooms/ IT suites in partnership with installers/ school staff. We will safely remove equipment before leaving the site clean and clear for when your new equipment arrives.
3. DATA ERASURE (NON-DESTRUCTIVE)
We offer two levels of total data erasure using NCSC approved options such as Blancco, White Canyon or Certus. Each data erasure option comes with a certificate of data destruction as standard. Our service is approved to the ISO 27001 Data Security Standard with all of our staff security vetted to BS7858.
4. DATA DESTRUCTION (PHYSICAL DESTRUCTION)
We also offer complete data destruction should you not wish these components of your devices to re-enter the market place following data erasure. We shred all types and volumes of data bearing devices to your specified particle size (6mm – 42mm), and provide a data destruction certificate upon completion. Parkertron IT Recycling are certified to BS EN 15713 Secure Destruction and ISO 27001 Data Security.
5. REPORTING
We will send through a comprehensive list of equipment processed by us with itemised details outlined on a WEEE Disposal Certificate. We will then send you a percentage of any profits made through the sale of your equipment to your nominated bank or by cheque.
